Terms of service — ERPipe

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern the ERPipe hosted beta. By requesting a magic link, creating a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or your organization.

The beta service

ERPipe provides an MCP gateway and control plane for a customer-selected Odoo system. The current plan is free, has usage caps, and may change or end. No payment information is collected by ERPipe for this beta.

Customer responsibilities

• Use only Odoo systems and data you are authorized to access.
• Maintain least-privilege Odoo users, record rules, backups, and internal approvals.
• Review tool inputs and write previews before confirming changes.
• Keep access links, client credentials, and configured endpoints confidential.
• Do not use ERPipe for unlawful activity, abuse, security testing without permission, spam, or attempts to bypass service limits.
• Do not process specially regulated or high-risk data unless you have assessed the beta and have a separate written agreement where required.

Writes and automated clients

ERPipe includes technical write gates, but those controls do not replace human review, Odoo permissions, or business controls. You are responsible for actions authorized through your workspace and for validating outputs before relying on them.

Data and intellectual property

You retain rights in your data. You authorize ERPipe to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. ERPipe and its software retain their respective rights; no rights are granted except the limited right to use the hosted beta under these Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, respond to abuse, or operate the beta. You may stop using the service at any time. Workspace owners can request deletion under Settings; disablement is immediate and deletion is queued after a 30-day recovery window.

Disclaimers and liability

The beta is provided "as is" and "as available," without an uptime SLA or warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERPipe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. ERPipe's aggregate liability for the free beta will not exceed USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they apply only where lawful.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date and, for material changes, providing reasonable notice through the service or email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Questions may be sent to hello@erpipe.com.
