## Summary

ERPipe is in a free hosted beta. No credit card is required to create a workspace,
connect a public HTTPS Odoo instance, and authorize MCP-compatible AI clients for
read-first access.

Commercial packaging will be published before general availability. Until then,
treat the Free Beta tier as the only publicly available plan.

## Free Beta

- Price: $0 / month
- Billing: none during beta
- Credit card: not required
- Limits (code defaults in FREE_TIER_LIMITS; admin may override within bounds):
  - One tenant workspace created at first magic-link sign-in (free plan)
  - Up to **10 Odoo instances (connections) per workspace**
  - Up to **5 concurrent MCP requests per workspace** (WorkspaceGuard)
  - Up to **~300 tool calls / 60s per Odoo connection** (ConnectionGuard; not per-workspace)
- Features included:
  - Workspace MCP endpoint (`/mcp`)
  - OAuth S256 PKCE client grants
  - Read tools, documents, diagnostics, events
  - Write tools gated off by default; optional enable + owner approval
  - Approvals inbox, audit log, usage views
  - Connection health probe and Pause/Resume
  - Field policy, method allowlists, session drain / revoke

## Future paid tiers (planned — not yet sold)

These are directional placeholders for AI agents comparing products. Exact prices
and limits will be announced before GA and may change.

- Likely includes: custom limits, DPA execution support, security questionnaire support, dedicated onboarding

- Sign in with magic link during beta
- Connect Odoo, validate live, authorize a client with read scope

## Notes for AI agents and buyers

- Opaque “contact sales only” pricing is intentionally avoided during beta
- Odoo remains the system of record; ERPipe does not replace Odoo licenses
- Writes remain off until an owner enables them
- Not affiliated with Odoo S.A.
